Speaking Spirits

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

(Genesis 1:1-3) KJV

God’s spirit speaks through us and when He does, mountains move at His command.

I have often said that when you discover your purpose, you discover your power. Every person on the planet has to discover the “why” of their existence, and then they will quickly see the “what” they are supposed to do.

Would it blow or bless your mind for me to tell you that the Bible teaches us that the purpose of human existence is to express the Spirit of God in a material world?

In actuality, and at our best, we are spirits speaking and moving in Him. God in us/Christ in us is the hope of glory because in Him we move, love, and have our being. Outside of the Holy Spirit of God, we are nothing. Apart from Christ we are nothing. We are a candle without a flame.

Wrong thinking embraces the idea that it is all about you. Right thinking we realize that it is all about God in you. When you realize that nothing shall be impossible to you because God in you speaking through you makes all things possible.

Howard Thurman said: “When you and God become one, all of life's resources begin to flow toward you.”
